SUBJECT: FORMAL NOTICE REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT,
UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTION, AND TRADEMARK VIOLATION
Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter serves as a formal legal notice and demand on behalf of DIARS. It has come to our attention
that you are unlawfully utilizing, copying, reproducing, and/or selling unauthorized replicas, counterfeits,
or designs bearing our proprietary brand name, logos, typography, and clothing designs without express
written consent or legal licensing from DIARS.
Please be advised that DIARS holds exclusive legal and intellectual property rights over its brand assets,
trademarks, distinctive apparel lines, and visual identities. Your unauthorized use constitutes:
1. Trademark Infringement and Passing Off under applicable intellectual property laws;
2. Unfair competition and violation of commercial regulations; and
3. Misappropriation of brand reputation and proprietary assets.
Consequently, we hereby demand that you IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST all such infringing
activities, which include, but are not limited to:
• Ceasing all production, marketing, distribution, advertising, and sale of any goods bearing the
"DIARS" name or confusingly similar variations;
• Removing all online listings, social media advertisements, websites, or store profiles offering
unauthorized DIARS merchandise; and
• Destroying all remaining infringing inventory, promotional materials, and packaging.

You are required to provide written confirmation of your compliance with this demand within three (3)
business days of receiving this notice.
Failure to comply with this notice will leave DIARS with no alternative but to pursue immediate legal
recourse, including initiating civil lawsuits for damages, injunctions, recovery of legal fees, and reporting
violations to relevant digital marketplaces and law enforcement agencies.
Govern yourself accordingly.
